The Kennedy Commission, OCCHC/ SteppingUP and Affordable Housing Clearinghouse, hosted the sold-out Affordable Housing Awards (AHA) Breakfast at the Center Club of Orange County in the City Costa Mesa.

Tax Credit Briefing
 

April 13, 2018

The Kennedy Commission hosted the 2018 California Tax Credit Briefing with Mark Stivers, Executive Director of the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC). Over 35 attendees participated in the Kennedy Commission members-only event at Luminaira in the City of Irvine.

Kennedy Commission members, comprised of developers, staff from local jurisdictions and housing consultants, discussed a recap of 2017 tax credit applications and cost trends, 2018 first round preliminary information, new construction and rehab trends, use of state credits in projects and current TCAC issues.

The Kennedy Commission thanks Mark Stivers and all our Kennedy Commission members who attended the Tax Credit Briefing.  Also, special thanks to Related for allowing us to host this briefing at Luminaira.
