february 14, 2019
The Kennedy Commission, in partnership with SCANPH, hosted an informative crash course session on all you need to know about the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).
Former Executive Director of TCAC, Bill Pavao, lead this workshop and addressed any confusion or questions about the financing of affordable housing through the many programs administered by TCAC, Bill also provided helpful insights on conventional debt, equity, gap financing, and background information on the awarding of credits and geographic apportionment.
